Creating
To create a new deal, click on the “Add deal” button in the ‘Deals’ tab in the “Direct deals” section. A form for filling out will appear as soon as you click on it.
Customization
Fill out the form: to do this, specify the parameters of the transaction.
Parameters
1. Deal name
Use the deal name agreed with the advertiser, as it will be displayed in the list of available deals when creating an advertising campaign.
2. Deal type
- Guaranteed deal — VK Ads targeting is not available in the campaign settings, the site sets up targeting on its side.
- Non-guaranteed deal — VK Ads targeting is available in the campaign settings. Only impressions matching the conditions of targeting are bought.
3. Financial scheme
- Service (80/20) - technical cost of VK Advertising 20%, agency commission is paid by the partner in accordance with the terms of the contract between the agency and the partner.
- Partner (50/50) - VK Advertising commission 50%, agency commission is paid by VK in accordance with the terms of the agency agreement.
4. Traffic purchase date
Specify the start and end date of placement in the calendar.
5. Customize target action, add ad blocks and deal package
Select an ad block or blocks with the corresponding financial scheme from the list, then the target action (payment for impressions or video views), specify the rate. Then include an advertising package of the agreed format with the corresponding financial scheme.

6. Campaign parameters
To prioritize displays of advertising campaigns in a direct deal over VK Ads auction campaigns or campaigns from another direct deal, use a value from 1 to 49 in the “Priority” field.
If you want to limit the amount of impressions in a direct deal, set a numeric value in the “Limit impressions” field.
Using a display limit may limit the amount of traffic for spinning off and prevent the creation of multiple ad campaigns on a deal.

8. Participants of the transaction
Using the “Add participants” button, enter the advertiser's or advertising agency's data in the form of email or ID of VK Ads / myTarget accounts.

After saving the settings, tell the advertiser the ID and name of the transaction to create an ad campaign as instructed.
