How to change details
Due to restrictions imposed by the ERIR (Unified Register of Internet Advertising), the procedure for changing details in the partner account has changed. The changes apply to both residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation.
Creating a new account for changing details
In some cases, to change the data you will need to register a new account, re-moderate the sites and reinstall the advertising codes.

You will need to create a new account in the following situations:
What needs to be changed | Example |
Residency | RF → non-RF or vice versa |
Form of cooperation | Juridical person ↔ Self-employed ↔ Individual entrepreneur Individual person → Self-employed |
VAT status and rate | VAT payer ↔ VAT non-payer |
Permanent requisites | Full name of individual entrepreneur / self-employed, TIN, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN), data from Entry sheet of the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, passport data, TIN of self-employment tax |
To change any of the above settings, you will need to create a new account
Changing details in an already created account
Some data can be edited within an existing account:
Data type | What can be changed |
Variable requisites | Name of juridical person, addresses, manager's details |
Bank details | Bank name, BIK, account numbers |
Contact details | Like phone or mail |
How to change contacts
To change your contact phone number and email address, go to “Settings” → “General” → “Contacts”, make the necessary changes and click “Save”.
To add a backup email address, click “Add email”.
How to find out your account ID
To find your account ID, go to “Settings” → “General” → “Account ID”.
