How to set up notifications
You can manage notifications in "Settings" → "Notifications."
You can receive notifications in two ways:
- Via email. You can specify multiple email addresses in the settings and choose the one where you want to receive notifications.
- VKontakte. Notifications will be sent as private messages to the VKontakte account linked to your profile.
- In MAX. To enable notifications, click the "Connect" button and grant permission to receive notifications.
Types of notifications
Main notifications — inform you about important events in your advertising and account. You can choose what to receive notifications about:
- Finances — about balance debits and credits
- Moderation — whether the ad has passed moderation, and whether there are any errors
- Advertising campaigns — about campaign launches, stops, and status changes
- Rules for banners — about updates and changes to advertising rules
- API changes — about new functions and resources, new fields in existing resources, the need to use an updated version of a method, etc.
News and Promotions — newsletters about events, useful offers, and special promotions:
- News — important updates and announcements
- Events — invitations to webinars, meetings, and online seminars
- Promotions, special offers, etc. — favorable terms, bonuses, and promo codes

How to unsubscribe from newsletters
If you don't want to receive messages from VK Ads, click the three dots in the community dialog → "Block messages."
