New VK Ads accounts can create up to 300 ads.
For accounts with replenishments / spending, the number of available ads depends on the balance and spending for 3 months. If your balance is more than 3 000 rubles or you have spent more than 3 000 rubles in the last three months, then for every additional 150 rubles spent, 1 available banner is added.
That is, if you have 4 500 rubles in your account, you can create 310 ads, if you have 6 000 rubles in your account — 320 ads.
If you have spent 5 000 rubles in the past 90 days, your limit is 313 ads.
The total number of available and created ads can be seen during campaign creation in the upper right corner. If you have reached the limit, delete unused ads or top up your account.
