Banner preview

The preview allows you to check in advance how your ad will look on the site from a computer, mobile browser or app. 

To check how your ad will be displayed:

1. On the dashboard, click on the “Ads” tab. A list of all your ads will open. 
2. Hover your cursor over the desired ad. 
3. An eye icon will appear on the image thumbnail — click on it.
4. This will open a screen with one of the ad display options.

To see how the ad will be displayed in different placements (e.g., as a post in a feed, a clip in a video), use the toggle above the image.

To see in which formats your ad will be displayed on the site, use the arrows on the side of the picture.

Please note that the appearance of your ad may slightly differ from the example in the preview.

If your ad is already running, you can see how it will look on a specific site. There are 2 ways to do this.

Through the list of all ads (on the dashboard):

1. Authorize in the social network where you want to see the ad: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki or Dzen.
2. On the dashboard, go to the “Ads” tab. 
3. Hover your cursor over the desired ad. An eye icon will appear on the image thumbnail — click on it.
4. This will open a screen with one of the options for displaying your ad. At the bottom there will be a list of available platforms: VKontakte feed, VK Video, OK feed, OK Video or Zen. Select a platform and click on the button with its name. 
5. Select the type of site to view the ad: VK App, Mobile Web version or Web version. 
6. The ad will load on the site. 

Through the ad editing page:

1. Authorize in the social network where you want to see the ad: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki or Dzen.
2. Go to the ad editing mode: section “Campaigns” → tab “Ads” → put your cursor over the desired ad and click on the pencil icon “Edit” next to its name. 
3. On the right side of the “Preview” section under the image, click on the “View on site” button. 
4. Select the site where you want to view the ad: VK feed, VK Video, OK feed, OK Video, or Dzen.
5. In the new window, select the type of platform to view the ad on: VK App, Mobile web version or Web version. 
   The ad will load on the site.

If you are advertising a site, the feed of the selected social network will open in the next tab, where you will see your ad.

If you are advertising an app, open the VKontakte or Odnoklassniki app on your phone or tablet.Select a platform and click on the button with its name.

The ad will be shown to you on the selected platform for 10 minutes. All restrictions on gender, age, geography are ignored. 

For previews, you should use devices with the same operating system that is specified in the campaign settings. For example, if you run ads on Android devices, you should also open the ad on an Android device.

Previews will not be available when:

• the ad is in the “Deleted” or “Stopped” status
• the ad has not passed moderation
• there is no money on the account balance
• the ad does not meet the requirements of the location for which the preview works
• you are not authorized on the site for which you want to view the ad
