For agencies: Account balance, payments, and closing documents

Checking account balance

Go to “Balance” to see the agency balance. Money in the account may be frozen until VK Ads has collected all campaign stats.

Cash flows and documents

To see incoming payments, spend, and transfers to client accounts, go to “Balance” → “Transactions”.

To download closing documents, visit “Balance” → “Documents”.

Top up the agency account

Go to “Balance”, choose “Issue an invoice” and enter the amount. The invoice will be generated automatically. Click “Download the invoice” to save it to your device.

Residents of the Russian Federation can pay the invoice through a bank transfer made by a legal entity the agency account is registered to. 

Non-residents can top up the account through a bank transfer.

The money will arrive within three banking days.

Promised Payment

Some prepaid agencies can take advantage of the promised payment and work in debt. The amount and repayment period are determined individually and are displayed in the “Balance” section under the “Promised payment” tab.

To use the promised payment:

  1. Open the “Balance” section “Promised payment” tab.
  2. Click “Take a promised payment” — the system will show the calculated maximum amount of the payment and its repayment terms.
  3. Enter the payment amount and click “Get”.
  4. The taken promised payment will appear in the list of transactions. Each taken payment has its own buttons for repayment.
  5. Repay the payment on time.

If the agency has not repaid the debt on time, the next payment will go to the debt repayment account. The top-up will be credited to the account until the moment of delay.

Top up the client account

You can transfer money from your agency account to a client account. To top up a client account use the agency account – it's available for any of the agency’s clients.

To top up a client account, go to “Clients” and click the account balance. A box will pop up where you can enter the amount you wish to transfer to the client account. The money will be transferred instantly.

How to get the money back from the client account

To have the money transferred back from the client account use the agency account — available for any of the agency’s clients.

To have the money transferred back from the client account, go to “Clients” and click the respective account balance. A box will pop up — press “Refund” and enter the amount you wish to transfer to the client account. The money will be transferred back to the agency account instantly.
