How to create an adaptive block
To create an adaptive block:
1. Select the desired site → click “Add block”.
2. In the window that appears, update the name of the block.
We recommend marking where the block is used. To do this, add a prefix to the name. Example: D_block_name / M_block_name
3. Set the placement format to “Display placement,” size to “Adaptive”.
4. Check the design: click on the “Customize design” button.
5. Select integration type: direct / header bidding and CPM threshold.
6. Click “Create”.
When you are done, copy the integration code and install it in the right place on the site.
Integration via Adfox Header Bidding
To integrate adaptive formatting via Header Bidding:
1. Check that the block has the integration type “Header Bidding”.
2. Check that the “Full width” checkbox is active in the design settings.
3. The block height should be equal to the height specified in the request. The minimum height is 250px.
Advertising banners will adjust to the size of the container. For example, if the width of the container is 900px, in the settings — 2 banners and in the request 300x250, then each banner will occupy 50% of the width.
